Returns Procedure
- Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery. When returning an item, please download and complete our Returns Form and return it together with your parcel to our warehouse quoted in the paperwork. Please include your order number on the returns form so we can tie this back to your original order.
- Please do not send unsolicited or unlabeled packages to us, we will not be able to identify the order, or who placed it. .
- If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to support@motorsportwatches.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48-hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.
