When returning an item, please download and complete our Returns Form and return it together with your parcel to our warehouse quoted in the paperwork. Please include your order number on the returns form so we can tie this back to your original order.

- If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
